It considers self-management training schemes, as well as the development of a new profile "Technical Specialist", in line with the technological advances of our products.
Regional Centers
In order to increase the availability of training, from 2006 are regional training centers in strategic areas of the Republic to facilitate the increase of the technical skills of our customers and dealers.
Training the trainer
The importance of having technicians capable of transmitting knowledge and skills needed for the improved development of the activities of the workshops for customers and dealers is being covered by this scheme training.
