  • Belgický poskytovatel služeb veřejné dopravy Opérateur de Transport de Wallonie (OTW), známý pod obchodním označením TEC, si objednal 97 autobusů Volvo 7900 S-Charge. Velká objednávka navazuje na nedávné předchozí dodávky hybridních vozidel od Volvo Buses, které již prokázaly svoji mimořádnou spolehlivost.

  • Volvo Buses is one of the main suppliers of buses for the fleet renewal in Chile’s capital and has secured one of its largest orders in Latin America for 564 buses. Now Volvo has signed another major bus contract in Santiago for 80 articulated buses. The 80 buses have been acquired by Subus, one of the city's largest transport companies, and they will operate as part of the Red Metropolitana de Movilidad (RED), the capital's public transport system.

  • Sainte-Claire, Quebec, April 7, 2022 – Prevost, part of the Volvo Group, announces a new electrification program. Through this five-year program, Prevost will develop a new 100% electric coach as well as a retrofit kit to convert diesel engines into electric propulsion systems.

  • Volvo Buses will be one of the main providers of public transport solutions and buses in Chile’s capital city after winning an important tender. The total solution includes one of the largest orders Volvo Buses has ever secured in Latin America with 472 conventional and 92 articulated buses. The buses will be operated by RedBus and Metropol but owned by Volvo.
