Service Contract Functionality in Volvo Connect

A new functionality/tab called "Service Contract" is now in place within Volvo Connect. This functionality/tab is accessible within the Assets section for individual vehicles. It will only be visible in markets that utilize the Trucks Service Agreement (TSA).

Within the "Service Contract" tab, customers/users can find information regarding their Service Contract. This includes details like the start date, expiry date, contract duration, mileage data, and conditions of use, among others.

For vehicles/customers that do not possess a service contract, a message will be displayed (as shown in the picture). This message indicates the absence of a service contract and will provide a link for further information about Volvo Service Contracts.
