Fresh to the industry, Grant has over twenty years of experience in people management, customer service and communication. He spent 24 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Qantas, where he gained skills in troubleshooting techniques and customer care.
Training up to three mornings a week, Grant is a keen Ocean Ski racer. In 2012, he competed in a 111 km moonlight race, Hawkesbury Classic, finishing in 12 hours, 7 minutes and 39 seconds.
In his new role, Grant will be providing technical, administration and customer relationship management support for bus tenders.
“My main focus will be to keep our current contract customers satisfied and make sure all our new ones experience our high quality customer support. My long term goals are to enhance my management skills and maybe add to my Management Diploma that I completed in 2010”, says Grant.
