The QTC was an excellent opportunity for service market managers within the Volvo Buses network to come together, share knowledge, and strategise for the future. Technical representatives from Volvo Buses' Head Office in Sweden were invited to provide valuable insights and updates on the latest industry developments.
During the conference, each market's technical manager had the opportunity to present the challenges faced by each market, and exchanged ideas on how to best provide support to customers. The open and collaborative atmosphere allowed a strong exchange of best practices from around the regions, with a strong focus on the continual transition into electromobility.
