All employees are encouraged to report any deflections from our Code of Conduct. Reports can be submitted to Volvo Group Whistle, which is a confidential channel, hosted by a third party.

This applies not only in relation to our own operations, but also in relation to our supply chain and to our business partners. Volvo Buses has, through Volvo Group, been a signatory of the UN Global Compact since 2001 and our Human Rights Board works actively with establishing policies and performing audits to ensure human rights are honored.
