With its 20 strong fleet made up soley of Volvo coaches, familiarity with the Volvo product was a key aspect for Daish Coaches in its decision to specify the company once again to supply the vehicles to operate its tour programme.

“The B11R is the right vehicle for us,” explained Operations Manager for Daish Coaches, John Stoneman. “We have always been happy with our Volvo vehicles which is why our entire fleet is made up of Volvo so we were keen to secure the same make of coach again.

“We like the B11R as it is versatile, fuel efficient and it’s the perfect size coach for our requirements.”

Richard Mann, Volvo Retail Bus & Coach Sales Manager, said: “We are delighted to supply Daish Coaches with two new Volvo B11R to add to their extensive Volvo fleet. They’ve been a Volvo customer for many years, and we really value the ongoing business.”

The new 53 seater coach has Jonckheere bodywork and includes all the features expected by today’s seasoned coach traveller.

Daish’s Holidays has been specifying coaches since 1984 and the new order, which also includes three 2011 B9R Jonckheere coaches, is already operating across the UK following the expansion of the business with two new hotels in Weymouth.
