We have had such great success with Volvo that these new coaches take our tally to ten new Volvos in the past two years, and a Volvo count of 14 of the 19 vehicles in the fleet.

Destined for use on a range of private and London touring work, the new 9700s are 13m in length with an independent front suspension arrangement and have a 53 passenger seating capacity.
Jo Standbridge said: “The integral B11R 9700 has a strong reputation which is continuing to gain momentum among operators for its excellent fuel consumption and overall performance. With all the safety features that it offeres, including the Driver Support System (DSS), it is very much the ‘complete’ coach.”
Available on Volvo coach chassis and its bodied derivatives, the Volvo DSS provides forward collision warning and emergency braking as well as lane keeping support.
Jo added: “We are delighted that New Bharat has chosen to add another two Volvos to their fleet and look forward to working with them again in the near future.”

New Bharat Coaches was established in 1977 and the company has 39 years of experience specialising in a range of services including UK tours, day trips, private hires and school contracts.
