Tony Doyle Jr, Owner and Director of Tony Doyle Coach Hire, said: “As members of the Coach Tourism and Transport Council of Ireland (CTTC) it is important that all of our coaches go above and beyond the standards that are required by clients and our new Volvo B8R provides this.
“We’ve been purchasing Volvo vehicles for a number of years now and in fact took delivery of the first Volvo B11R SC7 coach to enter service in the UK and Ireland. We particularly like the smart and modern look of the Sunsundegui bodywork and this, along with the operational benefits of the B8R chassis, made our decision to go for Volvo an easy one.
“One of the key advantages of the SC5 is that it has a small and compact design, but with 41 seats, it still gives us the good passenger and luggage capacity we require. It is highly flexible and equally suitable for driving around narrow country lanes or tight city centre streets.
“Aftersales back-up and service is also vital to our business. We enjoy excellent working relationships with both our Coach Sales Manager, David Porter and our local Volvo Bus dealership, Irish Commercials in Naas, which was another reason for us going with Volvo again.”
David Porter said: “We are pleased to be working with Tony and his team again and that they are further expanding their existing fleet of more than 30 coaches with another Volvo. It is good to know that we are helping them to continue to provide the high standards their passengers want and expect.”
Tony Doyle Coach Hire has been operating for more than 35 years and specialises in luxury and corporate hire. This includes tours across Ireland as well as school contracts and airport transfers.
