A business with more than 30 years experience in the industry, Tiger European provides a fleet of advanced vehicles for a host of services including coach, mini-bus, self-drive and wedding car hire.
The new coach has a 53-passenger seating capacity and will be deployed on a wide range of work for Tiger European, including general private hire and contracts, as well tour work.
Mr Golar, Manging Director at Tiger European, said: “We decided to expand our growing fleet with a vehicle that would effectively deliver on fuel efficiency, was available when we needed it and came at a competitive price. The Volvo B11R remains a popular choice as it has set a benchmark for economy, productivity and passenger comfort which was key in the decision to purchase this vehicle.”
In keeping with the high-quality services provided by Tiger European, the vehicle features flat screen LCD monitors, an on-board toilet and includes wheelchair access to aid passengers with limited mobility.

The build and quality of Volvo vehicles is second to none and we also know that we will get a high level of support from the company, so once again, it was the perfect choice.”
With industry leading low emissions, the Euro VI 11 litre engine not only saves on fuel costs but also futureproofs against changing legislation that has become increasingly prevalent across many cities in the country.

Tiger European is a family owned and Nottingham based operator situated on the Colwick Industrial Estate. Starting with only one minibus in 1975, the business now operates a fleet of 30 vehicles including minibuses, coaches, vans and cars.
